Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted for defective items and non-defective (change of mind) items.
  • Product must be in New Condition with original factory seals and UN-rated packaging intact.
  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Costs & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (No Cost).
  • Return Shipping: Free of charge. We provide a pre-paid return label in the package or via email.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once received, your refund will be completed within 20 business days.

How to Return

  • Return Methods: By mail, at a designated drop-off location, or in-store.
  • By Mail: Use the included pre-paid label and drop off at any authorized HAZMAT carrier location.
  • In-Store/Drop-off: You may return items directly to our San Bernardino facility.

Damaged & Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Damage: Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a 100% refund or free replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us immediately for a full refund or re-shipment.

Safety Compliance

Important Legal Notice: In accordance with DOT 49 CFR regulations, used or "tapped" tanks cannot be returned. Please contact our California team for technical guidance before initiating a return.
